If you prefer to search and inspect yourself, but need assistance to determine price or to negotiate with the agent, this service includes:
- Due Diligence: Undertake comprehensive research and assessment of your chosen properties, including detailed comparative market analysis
- Strategic Negotiation: Learn seller motivations and handle all communications with the agent to secure the property
- Settle: Project manage building and pest inspections, conveyancing, and settlement inspection, to deal with any issues and associated negotiation, and ensure smooth settlement process

Investment Locations (Partial Service)
Are you uncertain where to invest? Let us assist you in finding the perfect location for you. This service includes:
1. Briefing consultation: Explore your property goals and requirements
2. Preparation of an investment report: A report that helps to determine suitable investment locations that meet your goals and is based on industry data
Fixed price $4,500
Auction Bidding Only
Auctions can be stressful, especially for inexperienced bidders.
We develop a strategy and handle the bidding process on your behalf, to give you the best chance of success, and alleviate the stress, emotion and impulse of auction buying. If you just need someone on your side on auction day, our fees are:
- Bidding Fee: $300 is payable for auction attendance
- Success Fee: A further $250 is payable if we secure the property
- Negotiations in 24 hours post auction: Additional fees apply.
